Most headspace centres operates a youth participation program.  See the headspace centres section of this website to find your local headspace centre.

Sign up to our eNewsletter to receive the latest information.

6. Occasional Gifts

You can make a donation to headspace in lieu of a gift to family or friends. We can provide you with a tailored receipt for the occasion whether it's a birthday, Christmas present, wedding gift or gift in memory. 7. Leave a Bequest in your will

Leaving a bequest in your will can make a real difference to headspace and our work. By leaving a bequest to headspace, you will be helping young people across Australia get their lives back on track. headspace advises that you seek independent legal advice before changing your will and you should also seek advice on the correct wording to include. 8. Get your school or college involved in the work of headspace

Local headspace centres are always looking to partner with schools and colleges in their local area. Whether your school or college is interested in learning more about headspace and our work, interested in holding a fundraising event or interested in having a headspace representative call out to discuss our work and services, please contact us and we will do our best to facilitate your request. 9. Tell your friends!

Tell a friend about the work we're doing. It's a quick, easy and meaningful way to help support headspace. Or, if you spot an article, news story, or page on this website that you'd like to share, you can do so using the share button available on most pages throughout the website.

10. Resources

headspace resources can be requested for you upcoming event or activity. As your first point of call please contact your nearest headspace centre,  alternatively send us an email at  info@headspace.org.au describing the activity you are doing and how many resources you require.
