Bushfire Q & A
Your Bushfire Space is here to help you answer questions that you might have about coping, mental health, and emotional wellbeing in relation to the 2009 Victorian Bushfires. You might have questions about how you can get help, or perhaps you might be worried about a friend or family member. Send your questions to bushfirespace@headspace.org.au and we will do our best to find you information, or direct you to the right place to go.
Who can submit a question?
- Any young person aged between 12 and 25 who has had personal experience of the recent bushfires
- Any young person who has indirectly (e.g. through media coverage) been affected by the bushfires
Who will answer your questions?
A mental heath professional will respond to questions within 72 hours of receiving your email. Questions will be reveiwed, Mon-Fri, 9-5pm.
Will your question be posted online?
headspace will use it's discretion to select questions to be posted online. All questions posted will be anonymous.
