Fraser Coast

headspace Fraser Coast is a youth friendly service for anyone aged 12-25. It is about making sure young people on the coast have the best support, access, information and services for a range of health issues.

Have you been:

  • feeling depressed or anxious?
  • not coping at school?
  • not sleeping well or sleeping too much?
  • finding it hard to concentrate or make decisions?
  • noticing changes in your appetite or energy levels?
  • concerned about your drinking or drug use?
  • being bullied, hurt or sexually harassed?
  • made homeless or having difficulty getting a job?
  • concerned about relationships, contraception or sex?

Are you thinking of talking to someone? headspace is a really good place to start!

We have a range of youth friendly staff who will talk to you about your concerns in a confidential, non-judgemental environment. Coming to see us is free, and you can phone us, email us or just come in. You can also ask your parents, guidance counsellor, health worker or case manager to refer you.

You can come in by yourself, or bring someone with you for support. We can also provide you with general information, if you would just like to find out more about certain issues.

Our staff will work with you to help find the best help to get through whatever is troubling you.
