thank you's...
A BIG thanks to the
netballers from the Cougars for
coming down and supporting the girls at Surf Coast
Cup 2012! The Cougars were generous enough to award
one player from each team who showed OUTSTANDING sportsman ship
with a signed netball!
A HUGE thanks also to Victory
Trophies for their generosity in donating the Surf
Coast Cup! The Torquay Tigers have it displayed proudly in
their club rooms!

headspace Barwon would like to thank the following groups for
their donations in 2011;
Sacred Heart College
Christian College Highton
Christian College Bellarine
Clonard College
Queenscliff Point Lonsdale Uniting Church
Oberon High School
MMA Renegade ( Mixed Martial Arts)
These funds allow us to continually support programs such as our
group therapeutic programs and improve literacy in our community
for 12-25 year olds.
headspace Barwon would like to thank Renegade Mixed Martial
Arts!
Besides offering training that helps people to lose weight, get
fit or learn self defense, Renegade also offers an alternative life
style where young guys and girls (or people of any age for that
matter) can be surrounded in a positive environment by
motivated individuals who pull together as a team and lean on each
other when life gets tough. One of Renegade training partners
and an identity in their sporting community, Daniel O`Keefe
recently went missing. Suffering from depression, Daniel's
situation has recently been documented by the media and many of are
praying for a positive outcome.
Recently Renegade held a raffle raising $542.00. More
importantly they raised awareness in their community about mental
health issues.
Renegade kindly donated the funds raised to headspace Barwon as
Daniel O`Keefe is a Geelong boy.
