How do I access headspace Collingwood's services?

Self referral

If you want to refer yourself just phone 9417 0150 to speak to one of our staff. Please be aware that if you need urgent help you should call the Crisis, Assessment and Treatment Team on:

• 1300 558 862 if you live in the Cities of Yarra or Boroondara
• 1300 874 243 if you live in the Cities of Darebin or Whittlesea
• 1300 859 789 if you live in the City of Banyule or Shire of Nillumbik
• or contact Lifeline on 131 114.

Family referral
Families, carers or friends can refer a young person to headspace Collingwood. The young person needs to be aware of the referral and be willing to meet with a headspace Collingwood Youth Worker.  To make a referral on behalf of a young person please phone 9417 0150  to speak to one of our staff.

Agency or school referral
Young people can be referred to headspace Collingwood by schools, health or community workers.  Please call us during business hours on 9417 0150 to discuss the referral. Referrals should include as much information as possible and be undertaken with the consent of the young person.
