headspace Collingwood provides support,
information and assistance for young people aged 12 to 25 years who
are experiencing emotional or mental health issues and/or a
substance use issue.
We aim to provide support as early as possible so you can access
headspace Collingwood even if your problem seems
to be really small or really huge.
At headspace Collingwood you can receive
support from a range of professionals including youth workers,
psychologists, social workers, alcohol and other drug
workers. These workers are skilled in listening to young
people and can help you identify problems, goals and achieve
creative solutions to issues.

- finding solutions to issues that are concerning you?
- not sleeping well or sleeping too much?
- finding it hard to concentrate or make decisions?

Do my parents need to come with me?
Although we feel it's great if parents can come and support you,
we also understand this may be difficult sometimes for many
reasons. Therefore your parents don't have to attend
headspace with you. You may want to bring someone
else that can you feel comfortable with, or you can also attend by
yourself if you chose to.
How much does it cost?
headspace Collingwood services are
free. Appointments with health practitioners at Headspace
Collingwood are bulk billed through the medicare system. For more
