You can call headspace Perth between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday on 9208 9555.

If the call is regarding services for yourself or any referrals, an initial phone consultation will be conducted where a trained headspace worker will:

  • conduct a brief assessment of what you are wanting help with;
  • explain the services we are able to provide; and
  • develop a plan for how your needs can be best met.

headspace can help you with: Mental Health, Sexual Health, Drug and Alcohol, Relationships, Employment and support around Education. We also have really great Doctors who can help you with any medical concerns you may have.

How old do I have to be?

headspace provides services to young people between the ages of 12 and 25.

Do my parents need to come with me?

Although we feel it's great if parents can come and support you, we also understand this may be difficult sometimes for many reasons. Therefore your parents don't have to attend headspace with you. You may want to bring someone else that you feel comfortable with, or you can also attend by yourself if you chose to.

How much does it cost?

headspace services are free of charge.

Do I need a referral to come?

You can simply call us and make an appointment if you are between the ages of 12 and 25 or you can be referred by your GP, a teacher, health worker, family or friends. Download the referral form here.

Do you tell people what I say?

At headspace we take your privacy very seriously and anything you say to us is confidential.   If your information needs to be given to other people or organisations we will ask you for your permission.  The only time we would talk to someone else without your permission is if you tell us that you are going to hurt yourself or someone else or if we are required by law. Keeping you and other people safe is our main concern.
