Operating since 1989, ETC is a locally based company with offices conveniently located in Coffs Harbour, Bellingen, Dorrigo, Nambucca Heads and Kempsey. ETC offers a comprehensive range of services:

• A full range of recruitment services as one of the Mid North Coast's largest and most successful Job Network providers
• A professional temping service filling short term staffing needs quickly and effectively
• A range of accredited training courses, work place coaching and customised training solutions
• Support to small to medium businesses through skills development, business advice, guidance and mentoring

As a not-for-profit organisation, any surplus generated from ETC's operations is reinvested back into the company and into supporting the community.

PCYC

PCYC in Coffs Harbour have a number of different activities for young people including:

• Physical Culture
• Rhythmic Gymnastics and
• Weights

Youth Connections

Youth Connections is a new youth initiative developed by the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations (DEEWR). Connections aims to help young people aged 13 to 19 years who have found it difficult to stay in school. Connections providers work one-on-one with participants to firstly address the personal and/or social barriers and to step out a plan to get them back on track with their education, training or employment. Connections is focused on getting young people re-engaged with their learning, their community and to identify their future goals.

The Program combines personal support and accredited education in a relaxed informal setting. Connections also aims to increase life skills, employability skills, self-esteem and confidence. Connections providers work with community organisations and agencies to provide a holistic approach to supporting young people.

CanTeen

The Australian Organisation for Young People Living with Cancer - has a counselling service for young people whose parent has cancer or whose parent has died from cancer. Counselling can be accessed either one-on-one or in group sessions, and face to face, online or on the phone. The service is completely free of charge.
