How We Can Help

Welcome to headspace Mid North Coast.

We help young people aged 12 and 25 going through a tough time on the Mid North Coast of NSW with a heap of different stuff like:

• Mental Health and Well Being
• General Health
• Youth Worker Support
• Connections to Education, Employment Alcohol and Other Drug Services
• and so much more!

... pretty much anything! We have GPs, youth workers and counsellors available for appointments, or you can drop in any time and we'll do our best to help you. And if we can't provide the support you need we'll do our very best to find someone who can!

We work in consultation with HARG! - headspace Advisory Reference Group. Our HARG group is made up of young people from the local area who are passionate about helping others through the delivery of high quality, appropriate youth services.
