Spring Back Into Life was held on Monday 18 October 2010 to celebrate Mental Health Month and this year's theme of 'Good friends help us bounce back'.

The event was hosted by headspace Mt Druitt and BEAT with the support of BLITS Out Loud.  The day was a huge success with approximately 200 people attending and stars from the X-Factor and Australia's Got Talent on hand to entertain and support the event.  Young people enjoyed the touch tournament, Wii tournament and arts and crafts, as well as all the fantastic performances.  Lazy J and The Big Guy were a huge hit, as well as Bobby and DJ Many.  Loads of local talent entertained the crowd, including Westside Vibes, Falling Stars, Looney Tunes, Usual Suspects, the two Johns (Michael Jackson performers) and Simon Dunlop.
