MYGEN Youth Group

The Murraylands Youth Get Engaged Network (MYGEN) is the voice of young people in the region. The group plans and assists with programs and local events, including those held at The Station. Members also share suggestions and needs of young people in their area.

Get involved!

The group meets on the first Monday of each month at The Station from 4:30pm to 6pm. New faces are always welcome.

By being a part of MYGEN, you'll gain skills in working in a team; be recognised as a youth leader; have the chance to participate in training; gain invaluable experience for your resume; make new friends; and most importantly, have fun!

For more information become our friend on facebook "MYGEN Murraylands", SMS or call Kalarie on 0407 607 474 or fill out the Youth Reference Group Application and email it to kalariej@mmgpn.org.au.

Project Example: Binge Drinking Video

In late 2008 we made a film that highlights the risks and effects of binge drinking and it was shown at schools and events in the Murraylands. This film went on to be acknowledged on a national scale.
