NSW Central West headspace is a youth-friendly, FREE service for anyone aged between 12 and 25 years.
Our staff will talk to you about your concerns and provide you
with support, information and services in a confidential,
non-judgmental environment.
Are you or someone you know:
- Feeling down, depressed or anxious
- Not coping at school, work or home
- Not sleeping well
- Finding it hard to concentrate
- Hurt or bullied by others
- Worried about drinking or drug use

- Contraception
- Caring for someone with a mental illness

NSW Central West headspace staff include:
- Doctors, both male and female doctors available (at least one
clinic each week)
- Women's health nurse (every Friday 9am - 12noon)
- Psychologists
- Occupational Therapist
- Drug & Alcohol workers
- Youth care coordinators
- Exercise physiologist
- Work & Education advisors

to find out more. You can come in by yourself, or bring someone
with you for support. We can also provide you with general
information if you would just like to find out more about certain
issues. Referrals are not required but appointments are
necessary.
