What is headspace Mt Druitt?
- A youth friendly health service for young people aged 12 - 25 years, and their families.
- A place where young people can access information, support and a broad range of health services. and receive support and referrals to educational, vocational and employment programs
headspace Mt Druitt can help you or someone you know with:
- Mental health concerns e.g feeling down, depressed or anxious
- Caring for someone with a mental illness or drug and alcohol problem
- Alcohol or other drug use concerns
- Physical health concerns
- Sexual health concerns
- Problems with housing or accommodation
- Having relationship problems
- Not coping at home, school or work
- Having a tough time getting a job
- Being bullied, hurt or sexually harassed
- Financial concerns

How can you access services?
headspace Mt Druitt is open from Monday to Friday 9a.m - 5p.m. If you would like some help and support with a problem you are experiencing you can either:
- Call us for a chat or to make an appointment on (02) 9675 2602
- Drop in to headspace Mt Druitt for a chat or to make an appointment
- Ask your family, friend, teacher, G.P, youth worker etc.. to make a referral
