Youth Advisory Group

headspace Mt Druitt is looking for 12 young people to be part of our Youth Advisory Group.  We want young people to tell us your opinions on youth health issues, as well as making sure headspace Mt Druitt is a youth friendly environment!  Young people will have an opportunity to attend training, develop new skills and meet other young people with similar interests.

Meetings are once a month and you will have opportunities to:

  • speak with community groups about youth mental health issues
  • involvement and participation with the contents of the headspace Mt Druitt webpage
  • develop your own youth projects
  • work with local media about youth mental health issues

The successful applicants will be employed as casual employees.
