headspace Northern Melbourne

Welcome to the Northern Melbourne headspace (NMh) webspace!

 

Northern Melbourne headspace (NMh) is a youth health service for anyone aged between 12 and 25 years of age.  We provide youth specific and youth friendly services.  We are about making sure that young people have the best support, access, information and services for health and other issues.
NMh covers the Local Government Areas of Hume, Whittlesea, Darebin and Moreland.

 

You can access NMh as many times as you may need it.

You might come to NMh if:

  • You need some help with your health
  • You are having difficulties or issues with something in your life
  • You are worried about your mental health
  • You are feeling depressed or anxious
  • You are worried about your drug and/or alcohol use
  • You are worried about a friend or family member
 
You may also come to NMh if you have questions or issues relating to:
  • General Physical Health
  • Sexual Health
  • Nutrition and/or diet
  • Contraception
  • Drugs and/or Alcohol
  • Relationships
