Our Site

Welcome to headspace South West Victoria. We are currently seeing people aged 12-25 years at our venue in Warrnambool. headspace South West Victoria covers all the towns across South West Victoria including Warrnambool, Portland, Camperdown and Hamilton. headspace South West Victoria is a partnership of 13 local agencies and programs that together offer a broad range of services.  Brophy Family & Youth Services is the lead agency and works closely with primary care, mental health, education, alcohol and other drug and vocational services.

    

Our Services

headspace has been set up to assist young people aged 12-25 years and their families to deal with different problems and access help via experts in a range of areas.

headspace brings agencies together in the one place to offer a broader range of services for young people. If you are feeling unwell or would like to see a doctor a GP is available each Tuesday afternoon. If you are feeling down, depressed, worried or anxious you can see a counsellor. We can also give you advice and introduce you to people who can assist you with education issues, finding work or accommodation.

Our staff include youth workers, psychologists, counsellors, education and employment specialists who are experienced and passionate about working with young people.

 

      

Our Programs

Our programs include general assessment when things "just don’t seem to be quite right" but you’re not sure what might be worrying you, mental health assessment  and support, alcohol and other drug counselling and support and medical consultations. Individual assistance is offered and soon we will be offering group programs.
