We are looking for a Family/Friend/Carer Representative

Can you help us? 
We are looking for a Family/Friend/Carer Representative to attend a bi-monthly meeting with us and our partner organisations to help provide advice, feedback and direction to our Centre on how to become more inclusive in this area.

Preferred candidate:
• Has supported their child or a loved one to access headspace currently or in the past,
• Is prepared to commit to the role for a minimum of 12 months (6 x 2 hour meetings)
• Payment for meeting attendance will be given in the form of a $25 Coles/Myer Gift Card
