If you are required to interview a mental health clinician or headspace worker, please contact your local headspace centre directly to see whether someone is available to assist you. Please note as we are a not for profit organisation, our resources are limited and we are unable to personally assist with every interview / assignment enquiry.

eheadspace is a confidential, free and secure space where young people 12 - 25 or their family can chat, email or speak on the phone with a qualified youth mental health professional. Visit eheadspace or call 1800 650 890.

You can also access support at your nearest headspace centre.

If you are in an emergency situation or need immediate assistance, contact mental health services or emergency services on 000. If you need to speak to someone urgently, call Kids Helpline 1800 55 1800 or Lifeline 13 11 14.

headspace centres

To make new appointment or reschedule an existing appointment, please contact the headspace centre directly. 

Your local headspace service might also have a ‘drop in’ program where you can visit during opening hours. Each headspace centre provides slightly different services and programs. To find out what services are provided by each centre, please visit the relevant headspace centre's page on our website. 

Services at a headspace centre are either free or have a low cost. You can ask if there is a cost when you make your appointment.

Some services may require you to have a referral from a doctor, but headspace can help you with this too. If you are looking for a specific referral form, please visit the relevant headspace centre's page on our website.

eheadspace online and phone support

eheadspace is available 9am-1am AEST every day. All eheadspace services are free, although if you call from your mobile your usual call charges apply.

You don't need an appointment, a referral or mental health care plan to access support. You can connect with eheadspace through webchat (log in to get started), by calling 1800 650 890 or sending an email.

If you have a compliment, complaint or suggestion there are several ways to get in touch with us. Please include the name of the headspace centre or online / phone service that you are providing feedback for.
