headspace's second campaign materials
The first of its kind in Australia, headspace’s advertising and social marketing campaign ‘headspace Centres: Someone else to go to’ was launched to encourage young Australians who are having a tough time to seek help.
As Australia’s National Youth Mental Health Foundation, we know that most young people can all relate to someone – a friend, family member or work colleague providing advice on a matter that made them think ‘why did I even bother asking?’
This ground-breaking campaign was designed to show that the right advice is to seek help early. By using unrealistic and humorous scenarios of unhelpful advice, headspace highlighted that mental health is an important issue which needs to be addressed the right way.
