Welcome to Riverina headspace!

We are one of 30 centres that can be found across Australia. Riverina headspace is a youth specific service: that means, anyone between the ages of 12-25 can see us.

headspace centres have been established to better meet the needs of young people with emerging mental health issues - the single biggest health issue facing young Australians today.

Why would I come to Riverina headspace?

If you or someone you know would like to talk in a safe and confidential environment, this is the place for you. People come to headspace for many reasons. Here are just a few:

Because they are feeling down, depressed or anxious

They are not coping at school, home, uni or work
Not sleeping well
Finding it hard to concentrate
Bullied or hurt by others
Worried about their drinking or drug use
Have noticed 'something's not quite right'

Expert help will be provided if you have a mental health or substance use problem that is having an impact on your life or others around you. Your care is coordinated through headspace, making sure all your care needs are taken into consideration.

Cost: Free of charge with a Medicare card or Medicare number.

You will find us next door to Piercy Place, between Murray and Docker Streets. If coming from the Uni, turn left at the lights at Finkos service station into Docker Street, then take the 2nd right into Morgan Street. We share the building to the left of the Morgan St Healthcare Clinic. Just look for the bright green wall!
